What we collect

The form asks for your name, a phone number or an email address, your town, where the mold is, and anything you want to add about the problem. That's all we get. If you don't send the form, we don't have your details.

Why we collect it

So someone can call or email you back about the mold. Nothing else. You won't get a newsletter, and we won't ring you about anything you didn't ask about.

Who sees it

One local mold company, and nobody else. We don't sell your details or pass them round several contractors.

Your request is emailed to them and kept in our own system so we can check it was followed up.

If you call instead

The number on this site goes straight to that company. We don't hear the call and it isn't recorded.

Visit tracking

We count how many people visit each page, using our own software. It tells us which pages get read. It doesn't tell us who you are, and it isn't used for ads.

How long we keep it

As long as your job is going on, plus a while after in case you come back with the same problem. Email us and we'll delete it sooner.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see what we hold, fix anything wrong, or have it deleted. You don't need to give a reason, and we'll sort it within a few days.

Children

This site is for people dealing with mold in their homes. It isn't for children and we don't collect anything from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change any of this, we'll change the date at the top.
